Student Recitals are held monthly and provide opportunities for students of Delta Branch teachers to perform in front of a live audience. Recitals are held on Zoom or in the Recital Hall at Los Medanos College as announced.

Recitals are remote, with submission dates one week prior to recital date. All recitals are on Saturdays at 3:00 pm (unless otherwise noted).
Recital forms are due to Catherine Thompson (CTMTAC@gmail.com) one week prior to the recital date, and may be submitted either electronically or by postal mail, so they arrive no later than one week prior.
Student Repertoire Requirements (refer to this when choosing your student’s repertoire):
- Piano and vocal solos may be performed with music, but must be well-prepared.
- Wind or string instrumentalists or ensembles (such as duets or trios) need not play from memory (as stated in CM policy)
- Performers are limited to two solo works or one movement of a major work without repeat
- Original, classical (Certificate of Merit acceptable) repertoire is preferred, however any piece included in a method series is acceptable (not including supplements).
- Tasteful arrangements of pop music, show tunes, and original or arrangements of computer gaming music will be accepted on all recitals.
- Repertoire will be left to the discretion of the student’s teacher
